Abstract
Synthesis of oxadiazole, thiadiazole and tetrazole derivatives of 1H- imidazo[4,5-b]pyridines
Author(s): Dayakar G* and Jeyanthi A#Oxadiazole, Tetrazole and Thiadiazole derivatives of 1H-Imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine are synthesized by using simple reagents like I2/KI, NaOH, H2SO4 in an efficient manner. The structures of the synthesized compounds are analysed by IR, 1HNMR and Mass spectra.
