Abstract
Synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of some pyrazoles derived from �Ž�±,�Ž�²-dibromo 4,4'-difluoro chalcone

ChandrashekarPyrazole derivatives are prepared by condensing α,β- dibromo 4,4'-difluoro chalcone with various hydrazine derivatives. All these derivatives are characterized by NMR, IR and mass spectral data. All the synthesized products are screened for their in vitro antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Some of the tested compounds exhibited significant DPPH scavenging activity.
