In this study the synthesis of novel 4-aminoquinoline 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing benzothiazole (4a-4j and 5a-5j) done by three major steps and characterization of synthesized derivatives assigned by Infra-Red (IR), Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H-NMR), Mass Spectra (MS), Carbon-13 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (13C-NMR). The biological evaluation for in vivo analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity was performed for primed derivatives, among the tested compounds 5a, 5c, 5e, 5g, 5h, 5i showed more potent anti-inflammatory and 4i, 5a, 5b, 5f, 5g, 5h showed analgesic activity compared standard drug meloxicam and diclofenac sodium.
