Abstract
Synthesis and Cytotoxicity Evaluation of Novel Thiazole Derivatives Containing Indole moiety on Brest Cancer Cell lines
Author(s): M. Aravinda Kumar, A. M. Sridhara, R. Gururaja and S. YogishaA series of new thiazole derivatives containing indole moiety were designed and prepared. The structure of newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral data’s and screened for their cytotoxic activity against barest cancer cell lines. The study showed that some of the compounds (3a and 4e) were found to be moderately cytotoxic, but not effective as control substance.
