Synthesis and Biological evaluation of novel (4-chlorophenyl) ((1R, 3r, 5S)-3- (phenyl amino)-8-aza-bicyclo [3.2.1] octan-8-yl) methanone derivatives

Nageshwara ReddyIn the present study, we have carried out the synthesis of novel (4-chlorophenyl) ((1R, 3r, 5S)-3-(phenyl amino)-8- aza-bicyclo [3.2.1] octan-8-yl) methanone derivatives. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was elucidated by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 19FNMR, Mass spectral data and CHN elemental analysis. Further all the novel derivatives were investigated for their invitro antibacterial activity.
