Abstract
Synthesis and antitumor activity of some new 1,3,4-oxadiazole, pyrazole and pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives attached to 4-benzothiazol-2-yl phenyl moiety

Abd El-MeguidSome 1,3,4-oxadiazole, pyrazole and pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized starting from o-aminothiophenol 1 by reacting with different electrophilic and nucleophilic reagents. Some of the newly synthesized compounds have been evaluated for their potential cytotoxicity against breast cancer cell line (MCF7), compound 6c exhibited the highest activity.
