Abstract
Synthesis and antidiabetic activity of 2, 4- disubstituted furan derivatives
Author(s): Babu S. P. and Suresh Babu K.New 2,4 disubstitiuted furan derivatives (5a-5u) were prepared from commercially available furan-4-carboxylic acid ethyl ester and tested for anti diabetic activities. Most of the compounds were found to be active compared to acarbose.
