NaH2PO4 catalyzed a three-component 4-arylidene-3-methylisoxazol-5(4H)- ones synthesis in solvent-free conditions
Author(s): Imène Amine Khodja, Raouf Boulcina, Taous Boumoud, Boudjemaa Boumoud and Abdelmadjid DebacheSome 4-arylidene-3-methylisoxazol-5(4H)-ones were synthesized via a one-pot three-component reaction of ethyl acetoacetate with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and various aromatic aldehydes using sodium dihydrogen sulfate as catalyst in a solvent-free conditions in high yields and short reaction time.
