Mohanraju1-Substituted benzotriazole-5-carboxylic acid (4) react with 4(trifluoromethyl) benzenamine (5) in as catalyst HOBt under EDC-HCl, solvent DMF give N’(4-(tryfluoromethyl)phenyl)-1-isopropyl-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3] triazole-5- carboxamide (6a-j) in good yields.
