BOne-pot synthesis of various [1, 2, 4]-triazolo [4, 3-a] pyrimidine derivatives from condensation of 3 -amino-[1, 2, 4]-triazole, malononitrile and aryl aldehydes using DBU in ethanol under reflux. The targeted molecule s are obtained in better yields and take lower reaction t imes.
