In this manuscript the stabilty of colloidal metal complexes is studied in detail to resolve the stability issues of the iron complex formulations. It was observed that the method of preparation of the iron complexes determines its overall stability as well as the morphology of the metal-polysaccharide nanoparticles. Some alterations to existing methodology has been proposed in this mauscript that will help stabilize the metal-polysaccharide colloidal complexes.
