Biological activity of drug like small molecules based on quinoxaline containing amino substitution at C-2

The strategy used is simple, efficient and afforded good yields of quinoxaline derivatives. The biological activity of these quinoxaline derivatives for PDE4B enzyme inhibition with reference to rolipram have been reported.
