Biflavonoids constituents from the leaves of Rhabdophyllum Calophyllum (Hook. F.) Tiegh (Ochnaceae)

Chemical investigation of the ethyl acetate extracts of the leaves of Rhabdophyllum calophyllum has resulted in the isolation of biflavonoids named Agathisflavone (1), Amentoflavone (2), 7-O-methylamentoflavone (3), and Campylospermone B (4), The structures of the these compounds were identified by comparaison of their MS, UV, IR, 1H and 13C NMR data with those reported in the literature as well as the acetylation for compound (4).
