Abstract
Analytical Determination of Imiquimod in Various Solvents by Uv Spectroscopical Technique
Author(s): Bhupinder Kaur*UV spectrophotometric method is the promising method which is developed for the programmed approximation of Imiquimod in bulk drug and different delivery systems. The absorption maxima of drug is shown at 244 nm and molar absortivity of 1.5899 ×104 l/mol×cm. Drug completely obeyed Beer-Lambert’s law within the concentration range of 0-2.5μg/ml. Correlation coefficients (R2) was found to be 0.998, 0.999. 0.999 in 0.1N HCl, Phosphate buffer pH 6.8 and methanol respectively.
