Design & synthesis of some novel 1, 2, 4-thiadiazoline derivatives and their biological activity

ABSTRACT
A series of 1, 2, 4 - thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were established by means of IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, Mass and Elemental analysis. All the compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial activities. Most of the compounds have shown significant antimicrobial activities when compared with standard drug.
